We had dinner with Grandpa AJ at the Cracker Barrell.... and we stopped to snap some shots of the zebra and donkeys. The baby donkeys were too cute! Any minute now a tooth is going to pop thru on the bottom, his gums on the right side are so swollen. He's been so so fussy these past few days! I can't wait to see it!

Thanks Christie, John, Alicia and Victoria for coming down to visit. We had a great dinner at the Marketplace. Davis is now sitting in the highchairs very well... still have to watch him though, he likes to chew on the tables! They are coming back over tomorrow for some swimming!

I think I finally figured the video thing out. Thanks to Uncle Keith for helping find a way to transfer my DVD to an MPEG! I think It will work great! We went to visit my cousins who live in yes... Blue Ball, AR. We had a great time for Jakob and Caleb's Birthday Party. Here are some pics of Davis and Halle having fun in Aunt B's lap! She had her hands full! Davis had a great time watching all the kids and playing with Halle's toys! This afternoon we met Papa and Nana at Friday's. We sat at the Bar for some wings and Papa drank a beer or two. We were waiting on Best Buy to get their new computer set up for them. The other one was long gone. We were only there for a few minutes. Everytime you have a drink near by, Davis will now grab for it. He was drinking water out of my glass and couldn't get enough. He thinks he's such a big boy! It's hilarious watching him do it! That's not water that drenched his shirt. It's his slobber! When we were leaving he even grabbed the glass and knocked it over spilling out all the water onto the bar. I was trying to get everything I had together and wa...

Tonight we went downtown Fort Smith to the new park! It's called the West End Park. It has a Ferris Wheel from 1920 I think, and it works! Also the Carousel... Davis and I rode it. He wasn't scared but didn't crack a smile the whole time. I was in a hurry to get us there, everyone was waiting on us! We had to change a diaper and I ended up leaving the camera and camcorder in the car! UGH!! So all I had was a camera phone and no good pics from the carousel ride... We'll go again I'm sure. Davis was such a good boy! Of course he loves watching people and loves being outside... he even played in the grass for the first time. Also had his first snow cone! Cherry and it got all over us! Taliano's owns the Nickel and Dime Diner in the train car... We had dessert there.. it was great! The weather was so nice tonight and a great breeze down by the river!

Katy, Selina, and Jonathan came over today to go swimming! Davis had so much fun in the pool and we are so excited and me a little sad... that Davis started crawling this morning. He really is! I was so happy and sad at the same time. My baby is growing up! He's now sitting in highchairs at restaurants, trying all kinds of new foods, and sometimes eating off my plate. He's had green beans, black eyed peas and mashed potatoes, and also some hot fudge sunday! He's starting to hold things up to his mouth, like his sippee cups. I am working on getting the video thing going. I will try to get some video of him crawling for everyone to see, but it may take a while! Below are some pics of Davis with the kids after our swim! Mammy and Davis Blaine, Bailey, AC and Davis ( I think someone just screamed in Davis' ear so he got pretty upset about that!) Playing in the floor... his favorite place to be! "HEY MOM, I'm starting to like the camera, here's a good pose!" "I'm coming to get your toes!" He is a little fascinated with painted toenails!

Shots were even more painful today. He cried like I've never heard him cry. It was so sad. Here are the before and after shot pictures. He was so sleepy, he fell asleep on Nana finally. He fought it for a couple hours! I can never get the pics to come out in the right order!!

I needed a little break. Davis has been super fussy and not sleeping well all week. No fever to mention, but still... Angie and I had a night out. It was only for a couple hours, but nice none the less. We went to Papa's and had some pizza and beer. MMMMM.... It was fantastic! I hadn't had a beer in so long. It was delicious! Papa's pizza is the best too! Our curfew was 8:30pm. I have to thank my parents! Papa and Nana kept Davis for me! I really appreciate you guys. They said he was wonderful for them! We are heading for round 3 of shots today! YUCK! Here is our self taken picture of us before we left last night! Thanks Angie and thanks Jason for watching the little one while we went out!

Hmmm... I wander if I could make it down there to mommy? It's his first one... really runny/stuffy nose and a little cough. He's been pretty good thru it though, suffering of course mostly when I try to suction the snot from his nose. He throws a good little fit when I try to do that, rolling and jerking everywhere. It's hard to hold him down and I feel so bad trying to do it. But I keep telling him it will make him breathe better. I guess he's not understanding me just yet. Still trying to figure out how to make a FUN game of it. Here he is looking extra handsome today! I always think so!

Davis had his 6 month check up today. He is 17lbs 1oz and 26.5 inches long. Both in the 50th Percentile. He's doing great and Dr. Beene says he should be getting a couple teeth here pretty soon! I keep having the dream where I wake up and he has them all, I have it over and over again! Here is Davis doing his new favorite thing.... bouncing and jumping... he does it in my lap all the time. Thanks Papa and Nana for the new Jumper!! Davis is jumping away when he's in it and when he's not in it... he is always wanting to be moving! Trying out the sippee cup... MMM good stuff... Davis trying out a fruit puff didn't quite know what to do with it yet! Getting the hang of the sippee cup... Funny Face! He's been sucking on his bottom lip for a few days now. Sorry it's been so long since our last update! We have been so busy with the Fireworks season! I think Davis enjoyed hanging out at the fireworks tent when it wasn't too hot of course! He loves being outside! He's been extra fussy these past few nights. I don't know if it's been because of his teeth or maybe because of our schedule being thrown off. We had company this week helping me out! Thanks Gramme Faith for coming down to help us! We really enjoyed your visit. I didn't get any pics of her and Davis together. I usually came home, bathed and fed him and got him to sleep the...
