This weekend we went to Springdale to Sam's 1st Birthday Party and then got to go watch Katy play in a volleyball tournament! Davis slept thru Katy's game and all the noise! Here he is in Nana's lap tonight! Playing in the back of Papa's truck on Friday afternoon! In less than a month Daddy will be home for good!!

Davis had his 1 year check up today, actually now 13 months! He's doing great! He weighed 21lbs 1 oz (25 th %) and was 30 1/4 inches long (75 th %). We don't get our shots until February 15 th ! Dr. Beene said you looked great despite the cough and runny nose... she said there was not any infection, and just give you some Claritin .

Maybe it's wrong of me to post this picture,but I was cracking up and so was Davis, he could see it too it was so HUGE! Davis is 13 months old today!

I know, I could cook, but you never know these days what Davis is going to eat or spit out. It can vary from minute to minute. It's driving me insane really. One minute he likes it.. and the next.. he's just spitting it right out. It's nasty! So I cooked some this week with Papa and Nana and today made a pot of Chili and enjoyed it while watching football at home by myself. I'm sure I'll be eating it the rest of the week as well. I can't wait until things get back to normal and I can cook more often. I bought a cookbook, cooking for 2... but I can't seem to find it. HAHA! My life is so crazy right now. I'm feeling like it's spinning out of control. I'm desperately trying to hold on and ride it out! I'm looking for a job...just trying to get prepared for the changes that are about to happen. Then I have a stupid accident, no one was hurt... not a big deal. The woman I pulled out in front of was incredibly nice and only going about 5mph. But ...

Tonight playing after dinner Thanks Lance and Lisa, Davis loves his bouncing Zebra! This is us on New Years Day This week has been more difficult for me than I ever imagined it would be. I never thought I'd have a hard time, especially knowing that Marc will be back soon.. I mean just over a month and he'll be home. It has been an adjustment that I was not anticipating. Every night I wake up in our bed and I think... where's Marc? Then to remind myself that he's not here. It's so strange that I've done that all week long, waking up expecting him to be there by my side. I've gone back even to sleeping just on my side of the bed instead of all over it, like I was before. I also forgot that I had to get a shower in at night because if I don't, I won't have one the next day. I really enjoy taking shower's in the morning and guess that I could if I set my alarm and got up before 7am when Davis does. I can't wait until my husband is home for go...

It's been a while since I last updated! We had such a great 15 days with Daddy! I didn't want to waste any time on the computer that I could spend with him! It was a fantastic visit, and Daddy is back over there... but will be home in about a Month and a few days, FOR GOOD! We can't wait! Life with him here is complete! Davis and I went to Papa and Nana's this afternoon and ended up staying for dinner... I took the camera, and dusted it off! I didn't take enough pics while Daddy was here, but we got a few!
