New Friend

Davis made a new friend at Monster Jam. It's John Seasock, the driver of Batman Give a pound. Blow it up. The Batman truck put on quite a show! until... (maybe should have done a different handshake for better luck) With a wave to the crowd, a busted truck, and two thumbs up from his new little friend.

whoopsie

Davis fell into the toilet bowl in our bathroom while doing his sudden business. He wasn't injured, just a little shocked -and his PJ shirt got wet. We remedied the traumatic event by finding him a dry shirt right away. One of Daddy's shirts were nearby, and Davis said it was just his size, with a smile.

Valentine Box

Valentine's Day is a big event for Pre-K kids. Davis was happy to bring an awesome box to school to collect his valentine cards. -the box even won a ribbon (he's not really sad...Davis enjoys switching fast between different facial expressions)

Who will be my Valentine?

if the boot fits...

Join the Air Force! (new tarmac-gray boots) (deployments are measured in days, not months) After Davis' haircut, we both loaded-up in the front seats and drove across the street to the PX. We purposely steer clear of the army stuff, and focus on cool chAir Force items: stylish footwear , chocolate donuts, and banana milk.

Parent Teacher Conference

Going to school is a positive experience for everyone. Davis is having fun learning, we are enjoying seeing him develop, and Davis' teachers seem to like having him in their class. This is Davis' favorite learning center- blocks... He does a lot of counting, sequencing, and creative building. he has an eager attitude towards books (even the scary ones) (his letter & number recognition skills are quite impressive) Davis is still working on his listening skills (he's looking better on the sticker chart) He's pretty comfortable with his school. We're so thankful for his awesome teachers!

Snow Day

Snow Days are fun! Still going to school past the second week in June...(not so much fun).
