Shiloh had a look of concern when told it was the hottest day of summer. & showed even more concern when she was told that not all puppy dogs enjoy the comfort of being indoors. After all, a happy puppy makes for a happy home! (sometimes happiness is hard work and requires extra rest)

DJ's favorite tail-wagger has a serious problem. While we're away, she will perform extraordinary feats of wall climbing, and/or rappelling from the ceiling, to reach otherwise unobtainable human-only food.

Much love to our tail-wagging member of the family! It's your birthday, Shiloh!  Happy 5th!

Today we came home to a mess.   Normally, Davis isn't a big fan of public shaming.   This time, however, he's ok with it: Then, the non-human devoured the rest.

Shiloh has now fully recovered from her foot injury. She's had a bath, too. A fresh, shiny coat  and, a pleasant fragrance. She enjoys her time outside, and, inside, as well. Even after her injury, she still enjoys traveling. She's always  on guard. A trusted member of the family. She does a lot of funny stuff that amuses Davis, too. Love you, Shiloh Dog!

Shiloh had a scary incident when her back foot got caught between the seats in the jeep. 2 of her toenails had to be 'surgically repaired' by  the doggie doctor.   She spent her 2 hour recovery (after being sedated) in the 'Great Dane Room.' It's quite likely she charmed her way out of being placed in a smaller enclosure.  She's feeling so much better now.

Davis gave her a small bite of his morning biscuit for a special treat on her 4th birthday!

Davis can always depend on his buddy for a comforting tail wag and a reassuring nuzzle.

Shiloh recently swapped her 'hunter orange' collar for a more appropriate pink one. She's such a sweet little girl!

It's been awhile since her last blog appearance: It's Shiloh dog. She's been a good girl for most of the summer. She's only stolen a few loaves of bread. She is still apologizing.  

The crew loves summer-weather camping -indoor camping, that is. 'The crew' includes: DJ, Shiloh, Baby Monkey, Mommy Monkey, Daddy Monkey, Snakey, Glakely, Nemo, Fin, Fluppy Dog, Baby Cooku, Orchard, Carrot, Mommy Trooper, Baby Trooper, and Lamby They watch movies together and tell lots of stories. Summer means all of the crew can stay up late, and sleep-in till late morning.  Davis knows Shiloh's wet nose will bring him good luck! Fun Times!
