Davis had an awesome birthday party at the Wheels in Motion skate rink. ...a fast slide... ...tasty cake... ...friends... Happy 4th Birthday Davis!

Yesterday... Mommy: Davis, who's birthday is tomorrow.... Davis: December 25th? Mommy: Yes Davis: Jesus' Birthday annnnnddd... MINE! Happy Birthday to our little Prince! some pics from the past 2 years! 1st Birthday... 2nd Birthday... Merry Christmas Y'all!!

Happy 3rd Birthday! Davis celebrated being a year older last night! Lots of monster truck decorations, balloons, family and friends made for a memorable day for the big boy! no longer our little baby :( Davis sampled the cake, but finished-off his Monster Jam cupcake! extra yummy extra cold Sam & Davis waiting for the train only the strong and brave party-goers went on the train ride! (Daddy wimped-out) thanks everyone for making it a special evening for us! (we'll see more family and friends -who weren't able to attend- really soon!)

Davis turned 2 years old today! Mommy got Davis a One Man Band musical kit to entertain Daddy during commercial breaks of the bowl games! Davis wasn't too excited about his new doggie hooded towel -but wait till bath time when he can check himself out in the mirror!

Davis celebrated his 2nd Birthday! With thoughts of choo choo trains in his head, Davis makes a wish. Good cupcakes and fascinating lights everywhere! What a great time of year for a birthday party! Thanks to all the great help at the party! After a short visit with Balloon Santa, everyone was ready for a train ride All Aboard! We want to thank everyone for coming to the party -Davis enjoyed seeing you! Thank you for the gifts too! It was a very special evening for mommy and daddy as well. We enjoyed watching Davis mingle with everyone, and to see the excitement in his face! An extra thank-you goes out to those who helped Davis stay occupied on the slides during the wait for the train ride (not an easy task).

Davis turned 18 months old today! Mr. Mechanical Engineer has already necessitated removing the knobs on the stove (he can reach that high and loves to turn things). Mr. Drama King puffs-up and sheds real tears when Daddy says NO to dropping his cell phone in the toilet. Mr. Independent has no qualms about walking (or even running) off on his own- in stores or the front yard. But Mr. Love of our Lives is always ready to offer a hug and share a smile! Davis is comforting Trooper about her transformation  into a mini-husky after her summer pool-friendly haircut

Saturday December 23, 2006 Daddy got home late Friday night Dec 22nd. Davis woke up Saturday morning to a new buddy. He's showing Daddy here how to walk him around the house. They do it all the time now! Christmas Eve... Davis had fun opening gifts Christmas Eve night at Nana and Papa's. Earlier that day we had our Christmas Party with Nana's side of the family. Davis had his 1st birthday cake! He didn't want to touch it, but finally ate some of it from me feeding it to him! Thanks Nana and Papa for all your gifts! He loves the singing snowmen and penguins! Christmas Day & Davis' 1st Birthday! AJ and Tootsie came over Christmas Day and had lunch with us! Davis got lots more presents! He especially likes the TMX Elmo! Thanks for joining us, we had a great time!

We found a new float at Walmart, he stays up much better in this one. He did dip his face down into the water a few times when he was trying to chew on it. Last night in the Wagon, We went for a stroll around the neighborhood! Warming up before the swim! Marley was the only one who would come close to Davis, he's really starting to pay attention to the doggies and was even talking to them tonight after our swim. She was very gentle and gave him lots of kisses on his toes! Davis this morning... Me singing Happy Half Birthday to him! What a look I got huh? I wish I knew what he was thinking!
