Yee-oww!

We talked about the hot spring water. It's how the town got it's name. Last night, we trekked up Central Ave. to the famed Bathhouse Row. There, we took our bottle to the filling point. It was unanimous that Davis should have the honor. A small bottle, strong pressure, and a loose grip resulted in a quick drop and a small splash. "Yee-oww!" Davis was expecting regular cold water fountain pressure and temperature. A big surprise that we laugh about now.

Party Time!

Lovin' Hot Springs!

Deeper Appreciation

After spending last night in the tipi, we have developed a new-found love for the indoors. Our awesome 4th floor view of Lake Hamilton!

Spring Break Road Trip

Not too rainy yet! Today we are planning to visit Garvan Gardens in Hot Springs. Although, it is tempting to head back to the diamond fields after the rain!

Tipi anyone?

You won't believe where we are spending the night! Davis was in shock when he saw where we'd be sleeping! It's not as bad as you think, but not as good as you hope!! We are making it as fun as can be! Davis went on a night GEM hunt and brought home lots of shiny rocks!! We are so thankful dad packed the net and one man tent! The view from the bed! Hopefully we'll get some rest! The roaming Peacocks are freaking me out with their scary calls!

Fight Night

First tattoos, now boxing. Ever since he was little (-er), Davis has been fascinated by boxing. Now, he wants to make watching Friday Night Fights on ESPN2 a weekly event. We tap the 2 liter bottle of root beer, and settle-in for a late night of entertainment. There's always a lesson involved, too. A referee keeps the boxers relatively safe and watches for any cheating. Without a referee, it would not be a boxing match, but a fight. Fighting is against the law.

Tatted up!

Davis got a monster truck today that had tattoos in it! Yes it's his first time to have tattoos! He thinks he's pretty cool now!
