@ Busch Stadium

A fantastic stadium with the most awesome scenic backdrop!  Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals! Excuse me... The 11-time World Series Champion, St. Louis Cardinals, that is. Davis attempted to count all of the Cardinals in the ballpark. (lost count after 253, he says) Only one set of initials on the foul-ground warning track: Davis left his mark! Mr Big League So many ways to watch a ballgame at Busch Stadium: $20 = no seat (standing room only) $1200 = cushy seat (home side dug-out, field level) ...and dozens of price points and options in between. Best Seat: Manager's spot on the team bench The prominently-placed electrical outlet is for ??? (Davis says it's used to power a DVD player, so they can watch Spongebob or Octonauts) Busch Stadium is a new-ish venue with plenty of historical features. Very nice. Count 'em. The final two cardinals in the stadium.

Well, it's one of the more subtle experiences that the City Museum offers. It's the ball pit of minor miracles. -DJ lost a small toy, Turbo, from the upcoming movie. After discovering Turbo the Snail was missing, we started planning a trip to Target to buy a new one. It would cost an extra $10 to re-park the car at the hotel (and another $6 for the toy). $16 to...

Crowne Plaza Hotel

the view from our room: we could see our stadium seats from the room! inside the room, DJ's tent was set-up: Luxurious bath accessories: elevator with a view: nearby shopping: DJ's private pool: a pool with a nice view: from the 25th floor viewing deck:

World Aquarium

of St Louis, located inside the City Museum (separate admission fee applies). DJ would have been content if the aquarium had just this one fish tank but there was so much more! a big viewing port for a big grouper! an awesome way to see some rays! up close with a very personable sea turtle! puffer fish! touch tank a slide-through fish tank tunnel! doctor fish nibbles! feeding time big, hungry fish (he added this to his Christmas wish list)
