Long time no see...

Davis's Great Aunt Betty and her daughter Paige came to visit us today. We met them at Nana and Papa's. He cried when we first got there. I just think he's still fussy. Betty took it personally and thought he didn't like her. We went outside after we fed Davis a little bit and He was just fine in her lap out there. So I guess he warmed up to her. Paige was very good at holding him too and Davis really seemed to like sitting in her lap as well. I think she's had lots of practice holding little ones though... she seemed like a Pro. We took some snap shots of them with Davis and after their visit.,we went to Olive Garden for our Sunday night dinner. Nana is cooking Monday night dinner for the whole family tomorrow so she wanted a break. Davis had his first taste of regular food tonight. We gave him some of the cream off the Tiramisu desert we had. I think he liked it. Don't worry it was just a little dab of pudding. Thank you Papa and Nana for a great dinner! I started putting rice in his cereal at night and he doesn't seem to mind it at all. Hopefully he'll sleep well and let me get some things done around here. We will try spoon feeding as soon as I get a high chair for him. The camo outfit if from Great Aunt Shirley... isn't he handsome in it? Thanks everyone who is coming to check out our blog. We hope you enjoy it!

欢乐中国的明天!

How about having Chinese food tomorrow?      Great! December 13th is Chinese Tomorrow! What is Chinese Tomorrow? When families get together for Chinese food and celebrate everything that is 'put-off' until tomorrow.   Here are a few rules: Everyone wears black (the actual day 'tomorrow' is dark & never sees a sunrise) Celebrate things that are put-off until tomorrow (find joy in those normally unpleasant procrastinations) Choose just one person to open a single fortune cookie (everyone else must wait until tomorrow ) Blog about it (post the fortune's lucky numbers as the title) Enjoy the great food! (Chinese food buffets are the best!)  欢乐中国的明天!

Happy New Year!
