All Smiles on a Rainy Day

Davis' time outdoors was limited by the stormy weather, but he enjoyed the light sprinkles. He likes being outside and showing-off his walking skills- backwards, circles, no-look, zombie, and the chatter-walk. He takes requests, laughs and praises himself- he's quite the little performer!

Later, Davis tried his first real carrot.
You can see his deliberation and his final verdict.
He will be sticking to his bananas, applesauce, and sweet potato for the near future.
However, he does well at trying new food and always gives it a fair chew!

With steady rain and an unsuccessful taste test,
he had to resort to smelling his own foot for entertainment.

(new words this week: baseball, hungry, hi)

欢乐中国的明天!

How about having Chinese food tomorrow?      Great! December 13th is Chinese Tomorrow! What is Chinese Tomorrow? When families get together for Chinese food and celebrate everything that is 'put-off' until tomorrow.   Here are a few rules: Everyone wears black (the actual day 'tomorrow' is dark & never sees a sunrise) Celebrate things that are put-off until tomorrow (find joy in those normally unpleasant procrastinations) Choose just one person to open a single fortune cookie (everyone else must wait until tomorrow ) Blog about it (post the fortune's lucky numbers as the title) Enjoy the great food! (Chinese food buffets are the best!)  欢乐中国的明天!

Happy New Year!
