This morning it was too rainy to go outside. Davis did get to sit on the front porch step until the wind started blowing and getting us wet. We moved inside and closed the glass door. Davis enjoyed watching the wind blowing the trees, and he even claimed to see more than a few worms. He was asked to count how many worms he saw -of course he skipped the number five, but went up to twelve. More than once, he has counted perfectly all the way to fifteen! We like the summer rain showers, it really cools things off and greens-up the grass. As long as we have seen the last of the really bad storms, a good slow rain shower to keep the little boy entertained is more than welcomed!
