first stitches
Davis crashed into the edge of an open door yesterday afternoon.
Mom & Dad were both right there when it happened, and feel terrible. His lip was split so wide open, and bleeding heavily- we knew right away that we had to get moving fast to the ER.
After 4 numbing shots and 3 stitches, Davis was back to his normal routine after a few hours.
His appetite is good, and he's adjusting well to some new rules in the house (slowing-down).
Davis has reassured us that the accident was nobody's fault,
and everything is going to be OK.
