Our first visit of 2014!
Snow-covered outside
Warm & cozy nature inside
Davis spied somebody's uneaten lunch
(the white mouse to his left)
or, the critter may have been saving it for dessert,
after the 2:00 feeding
always something new!
and scarily familiar!
(not many footprints along the trails)
ever get the feeling you're being followed by a turkey?
(the tank for big jumpers)
Davis' favorite critter tank:
a big toad soaking in his tub
a slimy-looking skink
a glass-climbing tree frog
(tempted to make snow angels, but much too frigid)
the magnetic fish were biting
and flying high up on the wall
getting bigger everyday!
We were just talking about Road Runners the day before!
