At the 'ol Ballgame!

It's always a good time to get out
to a ballgame at Arvest Ballpark!
This was a special night-
meet & greet with the Naturals
in the dugout before the game!
The one-game-only player jerseys
were in celebration of Strike
the mascot's birthday
Anderson De La Rosa & Bubba Starling
Anderson let Davis experience
a real catcher's mask!
(DJ said it was super-heavy)
(surprisingly clean, too)
Malcom Culver & Ali Williams!
Happy Birthday, Strike!
(not sure when his trusty sidekick,
Sinker the Lake Creature
celebrates his/her birthday)
Birthday pounds all around!
Strike the Sasquatch, according to legend,
found a home in Arvest Ballpark at the
inaugural game in 2008.
...back in the day, (2010) "The Hoz"
was simply "Eric"
Perfect weather = More fun!
...thinking about what it would
be like under the bright lights...
 $6 for Name & Number
on the back of a t-shirt jersey!
And, they customize the shirt
during the game -ready by the 9th!
(shirt is priced per letter, and per digit)
Another big win for the Naturals!
Then, Mom & Davis took to the field!
(they won bids for player jerseys!)
...and, with the Naturals knocking
more than 12 hits...
Everyone in the stadium
 won a dozen free eggs!

and, of course...
Spectacular Friday Night
Fireworks!
Awesome!
A fun night for sure!

欢乐中国的明天!

How about having Chinese food tomorrow?      Great! December 13th is Chinese Tomorrow! What is Chinese Tomorrow? When families get together for Chinese food and celebrate everything that is 'put-off' until tomorrow.   Here are a few rules: Everyone wears black (the actual day 'tomorrow' is dark & never sees a sunrise) Celebrate things that are put-off until tomorrow (find joy in those normally unpleasant procrastinations) Choose just one person to open a single fortune cookie (everyone else must wait until tomorrow ) Blog about it (post the fortune's lucky numbers as the title) Enjoy the great food! (Chinese food buffets are the best!)  欢乐中国的明天!
