Left Turn, Davis

With the cooler weather, Davis loves being outside. He colors with his sidewalk chalk by filling-in the artistic drawings of the sun, moon, and stars by mommy and daddy.
-note Davis' stylin' tattoo-type band-aid on his knee. Even though it's completely healed, he still likes the sympathy that he often gets for his first knee-scrape.

Davis behind the wheel while helping Mommy clean-out Daddy's car.
(see the raised eyebrow? -too funny)
Daddy has said Davis will be allowed to buy the car when he turns 18. Mommy thinks he should start practicing proper hand-signals just in case the car's turn signals are as reliable as the air conditioner
(the car is a 1990 Mazda).
Davis thinks Trooper's month-old nose-drool on the mirror is pretty funny.
Mommy is glad the Mazda is primarily tasked with taxiing the doggies and not her Jeep.

欢乐中国的明天!

How about having Chinese food tomorrow?      Great! December 13th is Chinese Tomorrow! What is Chinese Tomorrow? When families get together for Chinese food and celebrate everything that is 'put-off' until tomorrow.   Here are a few rules: Everyone wears black (the actual day 'tomorrow' is dark & never sees a sunrise) Celebrate things that are put-off until tomorrow (find joy in those normally unpleasant procrastinations) Choose just one person to open a single fortune cookie (everyone else must wait until tomorrow ) Blog about it (post the fortune's lucky numbers as the title) Enjoy the great food! (Chinese food buffets are the best!)  欢乐中国的明天!

Happy New Year!
