Night Night

Last night Davis decided that the blanket in the floor of the den was a nice spot for a good night's sleep. We let him sleep there for about ten minutes before moving him back to his crib (he even stayed asleep during the move). We're debating when to convert the crib into a big-boy bed. He's been doing very well with sleeping the entire night, and he does good with going up and down on other furniture. If anything, the crib has been giving us problems wrangling-up Davis in the mornings, he likes running back and forth -trying to dodge our attempts to get him ready to go. We probably don't have long to decide, anyway, with him growing so fast.
(Davis always seems to wake-up in a good mood, and now has started saying 'good morning' -he has the sweetest little voice)

欢乐中国的明天!

How about having Chinese food tomorrow?      Great! December 13th is Chinese Tomorrow! What is Chinese Tomorrow? When families get together for Chinese food and celebrate everything that is 'put-off' until tomorrow.   Here are a few rules: Everyone wears black (the actual day 'tomorrow' is dark & never sees a sunrise) Celebrate things that are put-off until tomorrow (find joy in those normally unpleasant procrastinations) Choose just one person to open a single fortune cookie (everyone else must wait until tomorrow ) Blog about it (post the fortune's lucky numbers as the title) Enjoy the great food! (Chinese food buffets are the best!)  欢乐中国的明天!

Happy New Year!
