Animal Congregations

is a new label on the blog.
Something fun for us to do & share on the blog!
A group of bears is called a sleuth.

Davis has been deeply interested in 'what do you call a group of....?' for a number of years.
As a 3 year old, he would correctly call more than one giraffe a 'tower.'

We already have a few Animal Congregation posts stockpiled and ready to go.
They will auto-post on the 8th of each month, joining the previously established
reoccurring-ness of IRW (I Remember When) and Motivational Posters.
Enjoy what could be more fun than a clan of hyenas!

欢乐中国的明天!

How about having Chinese food tomorrow?      Great! December 13th is Chinese Tomorrow! What is Chinese Tomorrow? When families get together for Chinese food and celebrate everything that is 'put-off' until tomorrow.   Here are a few rules: Everyone wears black (the actual day 'tomorrow' is dark & never sees a sunrise) Celebrate things that are put-off until tomorrow (find joy in those normally unpleasant procrastinations) Choose just one person to open a single fortune cookie (everyone else must wait until tomorrow ) Blog about it (post the fortune's lucky numbers as the title) Enjoy the great food! (Chinese food buffets are the best!)  欢乐中国的明天!

Happy New Year!
