Amazement Overload

We thought it was going to be a simple visit to see a choo-choo train. It turned out to be a lot more! Davis was more interested in the train tracks, walking up and down, chattering up a storm. Then the airplanes started flying overhead -big ones. Then he noticed the big circles (R X R signs). It was almost too much for the little guy to handle.
Davis really liked the railroad ties. The more he walked, the more of them he noticed -a limitless potential of entertainment and exercise!

It's a trian engine that is being restored, and hopefully won't be going anywhere for a long time!
Big time amazement for a simple sign.

Little guy meets big choo choo train.

We'll probably be regular visitors to the Chaffee rail yard!

欢乐中国的明天!

How about having Chinese food tomorrow?      Great! December 13th is Chinese Tomorrow! What is Chinese Tomorrow? When families get together for Chinese food and celebrate everything that is 'put-off' until tomorrow.   Here are a few rules: Everyone wears black (the actual day 'tomorrow' is dark & never sees a sunrise) Celebrate things that are put-off until tomorrow (find joy in those normally unpleasant procrastinations) Choose just one person to open a single fortune cookie (everyone else must wait until tomorrow ) Blog about it (post the fortune's lucky numbers as the title) Enjoy the great food! (Chinese food buffets are the best!)  欢乐中国的明天!

Happy New Year!
