The path leading to the Nature Center is downhill, and Davis started getting a little impatient about having to wait on us to catch up with him. He's doing better about following directions while he's 'busy' doing something else. It must be that selective hearing trait being passed-down.
Once we caught-up, Davis was not in picture taking mode...it was going to be a challenging visit.
At least Davis was sure to have fun checking out everything.

We enjoyed watching the birds outside from the viewing room, and the shadows were pretty neat too. From rectangle-shaped floor vents to anything that halfway resembled a moon, Davis hardly was able to go half an inch without being amazed by something!
Davis and Mommy square-off in the shadow animal finals (Daddy was eliminated in the opening round after his failed attempt at a hayabusa).
