It was a picturesque day at Wells Lake. Daddy finished up early from working in the yard, and we headed out. Mommy came along too, so it was a real family outing. Davis was excited about running across the bridge, but it was a long walk to get there (and a lot of strategic stepping -to avoid all of the icky goose poo).

He wanted to continue walking around the backside of the lake, but it was getting dark.
He hadn't had a nap and was kinda cranky.
But throwing rocks and making splash rings made the trip an overall good time.
And, Davis said he saw a huge fish...
