Check out my room!

Davis likes the tarantula poster on the back of his closet door. It came with the remote controlled spider that only has seven legs now. Davis shows that he's not even the slightest bit afraid to touch it either.

The zebra is a mainstay in the corner of the room. He thinks it's still pretty cool.

The bag of blocks. He's been doing better about taking some of them out and then putting them back in the bag. Davis used to dump all of them out, and scatter them everywhere -kinda like he was emplacing mini speed bumps that would hinder emergency diaper changes.

Davis has plans to ask Santa for a more challenging basketball goal.

Note the fake orange at the bottom of the goal that somehow was negotiated out of the kitchen.

(Santa has taken care of a new goal already)

Amazingly, Davis is able to find a space in his room for dancing.
He has started a new dance move we call 'La Fiesta'.

欢乐中国的明天!

How about having Chinese food tomorrow?      Great! December 13th is Chinese Tomorrow! What is Chinese Tomorrow? When families get together for Chinese food and celebrate everything that is 'put-off' until tomorrow.   Here are a few rules: Everyone wears black (the actual day 'tomorrow' is dark & never sees a sunrise) Celebrate things that are put-off until tomorrow (find joy in those normally unpleasant procrastinations) Choose just one person to open a single fortune cookie (everyone else must wait until tomorrow ) Blog about it (post the fortune's lucky numbers as the title) Enjoy the great food! (Chinese food buffets are the best!)  欢乐中国的明天!

Happy New Year!
