O Christmas Tree

Davis is learning the O Christmas Tree song -maybe he'll have it down by the special day, but of course it's cute with him saying just a few words of it already. He was really excited to help put-up the tree and decorate. At first he called it a 'big flower' but before he went to bed he said 'bye Christmas tree.' He's going to be so excited to see it everyday for the next month!

This seemed to be Davis' favorite ornament. He found a special place for it and hung it all by himself. He enjoys the lights, different shapes and figures on the tree.

Davis was in awe at all of the stuff that had to be put on the tree! It was hard work, but I'm sure he would love to do it every night before he goes to bed!
Davis thinks he can charm his way to get some presents placed under the tree.

We Wish You a Merry Christmas!

欢乐中国的明天!

How about having Chinese food tomorrow?      Great! December 13th is Chinese Tomorrow! What is Chinese Tomorrow? When families get together for Chinese food and celebrate everything that is 'put-off' until tomorrow.   Here are a few rules: Everyone wears black (the actual day 'tomorrow' is dark & never sees a sunrise) Celebrate things that are put-off until tomorrow (find joy in those normally unpleasant procrastinations) Choose just one person to open a single fortune cookie (everyone else must wait until tomorrow ) Blog about it (post the fortune's lucky numbers as the title) Enjoy the great food! (Chinese food buffets are the best!)  欢乐中国的明天!

Happy New Year!
